from stuckness to Immersion
A space where life's transitions are carefully made

Do you know that feeling of being stuck? Something is bothering you, and it seems like you'll never get out of it. Like you're a fly in amber. Or running in circles, over and over again. What now seems like a dead end and a freeze is actually a defense mechanism. Your psyche and body are frozen because they've accumulated a huge amount of energy but don't yet know how to express it. This can manifest as mental or physical pain, a chronic health problem, a feeling of disconnection, panic attacks or depression, a feeling of being "skinless," or, conversely, numbness, a sense that something is wrong even when everything is fine, a certain amount of suffering.

It doesn't have to be this way. You can transform being stuck into Immersion. Being stuck is like dying for a prolonged period of time; to dive is to live through something and then emerge to the surface.

Getting stuck is a dormant force. Immersion is the start of movement, it is life.

I invite you to harness this power and dive into this with me. To discover your own meanings, to ground new scenarios, to rest and release pain.

To sort out what is alive (what I take with me), what is dead (what I let go).

From the freezing point to the boundary layer, where everything is possible, where there is peace and zeroing, and from there – the transition to wholeness, liberation, and relief. Where others see storm, I see form.

Come to me to meet yourself.

About

My name is Vika Reva, and I invite you to my safe space to embody your changes.

How I see our interaction. Any problem that has been bothering you for some time can be viewed as a state of being stuck. The energy of being stuck is positive—it shifts your focus to the "inner orbit." It is potentially enormous in power; it can destroy everything or build a new universe. It only lacks two components: contact and movement. And until they appear, this energy will burn from within and bear no fruit.

As soon as we add contact and movement, but maintain the focus on the "inner orbit," stuckness transforms into Immersion. This is where the very experience, physical and emotional, takes place, in contact with myself. Insight can also occur here—psychological and/or physical. Physical insight is expressed in the unblocking of muscles, in the discovery of the connection between the symptom in the body and the emotion/behavior, in bodily awareness, in bodily catharsis—sometimes through tears, sometimes through total relaxation. And then a symbolic and sensory liberation from the "cage" occurs and a transition to a point of rest (liminality).

Liminal space is a transition, a borderland. It's when, for a split second, our pulse seems to stop, we become zero. This is where Alice falls in the rabbit hole, this is where she touches the bottom with her heel, this is the lowest point of the crisis's parabola. This is when the weapons are laid down and the obsessive state of struggle collapses. And peace finally arrives.

Why do we need liminality? Liminality is a point of rest. The point of rest is a term taken from cranial osteopathy, but the state of the psyche and body belongs to the person, not the approach. Only from there is transition possible. It is the collapse of past and future, from the silence of which a vibrant present is born. It is pure potential, where the wounds of soul and body are healed, healing occurs, and everything that is destined to continue to exist within us is revived. It is Zero, between A and B. The point of rest is possible for our psyche, for our body, for our relationships, for our whole self. I work well with liminality, and my focus is on the point of stillness. If you trust me, I can be your point "zero" on the bridge from this shore to you.

With age and experience, I've come to see my limitations, both as a specialist and, more importantly, as a person. My focus now shifts from tweaking, fixing, and improving, to this reset, this point of peace where a person gains the opportunity to switch to a state of wholeness, restoration of body and soul, a place of care, clarity, connection, and belonging to oneself. This shift occurs not only in the psyche, emotions, and soul, but also in the nervous system, muscles, hormones, facial expression, voice, attitudes and focus, thinking patterns and narratives—in absolutely everything. Furthermore, I believe in the potential of the individual to heal and change.

And the most healing thing is shifting to a position of acceptance, but this isn't just about accepting yourself and reality without illusions, but about allowing yourself to receive, to step out of the endless cycle of "giving." But even here, things aren't so simple. On the surface, we come for help, but we "take" this help, not "receive." This is directly related to losing control and reclaiming vulnerability as the best thing that can happen to us. This is a completely different vibration, both emotionally and physically. This state can only be regained from a place of peace. Only at this point can the body recover, and all the insights necessary for decision-making can come.

It doesn't matter whether I pick up a needle, moxa, or a rebozo scarf, whether my hands will oil my skin and muscles, whether we talk in the context of psychotherapy, or through grief, or whether I will care for you in a Sacred Swaddling ceremony. We will still walk hand in hand toward a point of peace. And if we find it, then there, in this liminal space, all you and I will need is trust in the unknown. And the salt water itself will push us to where we need to go.

In the liminal space, there are no ready-made recipes or rigid frameworks. But there is something in me you can rely on:

  • Witnessing through the human in me—the human in you. I don't heal or fix you. I look at you from my immersion in the moment. I respect your point of view, and this doesn't determine the depth of my involvement. My involvement is my choice.

  • The archetypal motherhood of Mother Earth. I hold a space of total, unconditional acceptance. The Earth does not need perfection. I accept you as you are now and see the potential for wholeness.

  • Trust in the unknown. Transition is always a step into the fog. I help you endure this uncertainty, before the new emerges, relying on my resilience to uncertainty and the unknown, on the connection between us.

  • Where others see storm, I see form.

  • Curiosity that pushes you to look beyond the horizon. We carefully explore your true state, that which is hidden. I continually ask questions of myself and you, awakening a living interest in your own depth, in the Self. To carefully hold a person in their state for as long as they need, so that, having "filled all the pens and notebooks," only emptiness remains, to exhale a little longer, to abide in this void of absolute possibilities and fill their lungs with new air, to move into a new state, into a more whole and rested self, to the other shore.

I suggest you choose one of the three dive routes below to then choose a session with me.

Dive Routes:
01.

This route is for those who are exhausted, frozen, whose body sabotages any action, whose thoughts are overloaded, who lack the strength to understand anything and engage in talk therapy, who suffer from physical or mental pain.

02.

A route for those experiencing a storm: grief, divorce, loss of meaning, career change, immigration, relationship crises, internal crises, and any kind of change. Here we learn to trust the unknown through connection.

03.

Маршрут с целевыми, иммерсивными сессиями для тех, кто готов закрыть прошлую главу, присвоить изменения и сделать шаг за горизонт.
