Transitions and accommodation
The essence of the path:
Careful containment and support within the storm. Crisis, loss, or abrupt life changes, whether negative or positive, deprive us of our familiar ground. At this stage, it's important not to run from feelings, but to give them a safe place. Through regular psychotherapy, targeted sessions of experiencing and grieving, gentle doula meetings, and body-based transitions with rebozo canvases, I offer a point of support to endure the unknown, mourn what's gone, and, step by step, find new inner meaning. Where others see storm, I see form.

When we're stuck, it can manifest itself in a feeling of being filled, yet constantly empty, over and over again, as if everything is sinking into the sand. Our time is overflowing with opportunities and transitions. We're increasingly moving between cities, emigrating, changing apartments and jobs, and parting with loved ones. We often get stuck because we haven't given ourselves the time to process, physically or mentally, to immerse ourselves in the moment—to move on. Being stuck can manifest itself in poor health, illness, and a feeling of disconnection (even if change is desired).
Another requirement is the presence of a witness. This story must be told, written on an imaginary piece of paper, as many times as it takes to flow. The way the witness looks at you greatly determines how the transition will go—choose them with your heart.
