Сессии со мной
Two-hour immersive body practice.
In clothing, with the help of gentle rocking movements, the fabric itself is touched.
A kind of silent psychotherapy.
A gentle, relaxing, rocking, and soothing massage with hugging, enveloping, and wrapping rebozo scarves. This practice helps you relax, let go, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. It can be a pleasant birthday gift for loved ones or a chance to unwind on your day off. The practice also helps you release physical pain, centers the body, relaxes muscles, and has a positive effect on the nervous system, and through it, directly on all other body systems, making it a permanent healing practice.

The Sacred Swaddling ceremony is a meeting between you and me, and between you and me, lasting 4-6 hours. Its roots lie in the Mexican tradition of initiating women after childbirth into their new status as mothers, caring for their souls through accompaniment during this life transition, and for their bodies through massages, warming, and other practices. The goal is to restore strength, to "close the woman" so that she does not lose further energy. Traditionally, any life transition, not only related to childbirth, "opens" a person on an energetic level. Any transition is a kind of realization of the maximum potential of the body and soul. It is impossible to remain in this state permanently, and therefore a person needs to be "cleansed" of the old, foreign, and unnecessary, filled with care and resources, and anchored within, as something appropriated. All this occurs on both the physical and subtle planes.
A slow, deep, and 90-minute manual therapy with warm, natural cocoa butter. The name says it all: an oiling of body and soul.
A warming massage that gently works every muscle and every tissue.
The practice helps you relax, let go, recharge, and bring yourself back to yourself.
At the end of the practice, rest in a soft sheet, to the sounds of koshi bells or a tambourine.

An immersive, conversational, and interactive session on experiencing, letting go, closing, and accepting reality.
This is one session, and that's its value. There can be no second session, series, or repetition of a session.
Duration: up to 2.5 hours.
In this session with me, douling of transitions, grief and end of life is wonderfully intertwined with psychotherapy, rituals of transition (symbolic actions), visualization, somatic practices.
I don't advocate for any particular technique or approach in psychology. The therapist's personality and commitment are more important. For me, preparing for therapy with a client involves how you lived your life the entire week leading up to the session. How engaged you are in the process.
I don't hide behind the mask of a sterile, cold therapist. I share with you my living, resonant presence.
My greatest value is that I don't take anything away from the client or force them to discard anything from their personality. All parts, manifestations, and forms are explored with curiosity and respect, experienced directly during the session with me, and afterwards, they are filled with their own meaning. The only thing I can deprive you of is your illusions (and only if you ask). Here, I see the influence of Attachment-Based Developmental Psychology, IFS, CI, Buddhism, approaches that emphasize witnessing as the therapeutic foundation for any change, and approaches that focus on transitions. I often resort to a body-oriented approach, even in conversation, even online.
What is much more valuable than any professional technique is that we are similar in pulse, our rough, warm, so different and so similar touches of the soul to each other, our human with you, My Human, met in the Human Other.

*Any endings, beginnings, transitions, changes, losses, happiness and sorrow, the end of life
*Adaptation to change
*Moving with the unpredictable pulse of life
A transition doula works in person and online. She works with individuals and families. She is, first and foremost, a meeting between two people, a conversation, a witnessing of the journey, and a space to experience the experience as it is needed here and now.
This could be a single targeted meeting or support over a period of time.
We are alive, similar in pulse, our rough, warm, so different and so similar touches of the soul to each other, my Human, met in the Human Other.

Needles and moxa
Of all the Chinese and Japanese approaches I know, I remember my heart beating in rhythm with Kiko Matsumoto's style. Kiko studied great Japanese masters such as Dr. Nagano, Dr. Manaka, and many others and has accumulated over 50 years of personal clinical experience. For me, Kiko's style is the most precise and physical in its diagnosis. I immediately know whether the diagnosis and strategy were correct for a given person. For me, this style is the most unifying of body and soul.
I would especially like to thank Asina Erder, my teacher, from whom I gained theoretical experience at her desk and practical experience in her clinic.
